Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes (BLMK) Clinical Commissioning Group is currently reviewing the way Musculoskeletal (MSK) services are provided across BLMK, both in the community and the hospitals.
MSK refers to conditions affecting the bones, muscles and joints such as arthritis, frozen shoulder, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, slipped disc, sciatica, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and many more.
To do this well, they need to hear patient experiences of the services over the last 5 years, before, during and after the pandemic.
They want to hear about your experience of the services and what you think could be improved in the future.
There are two ways you can get involved:
- Survey – complete the patient survey at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/G5WBY7B it should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
- Patient Focus Group – There will be an on-line patient focus group formed to hear your experiences and views on how services could be improved, please get in contact by 12th November if you would like to participate in this group – for more information please see the attached leaflet.
