The practice is hugely grateful to its PPG membership for the enormous amount of work that has gone into collecting, analysing and reporting this year’s survey data. We very much regret that we have not had the opportunity to meet with our members to formulate this year’s development plan but hope to be able to do this over the summer and have meantime included some of the specific concerns and possible solutions made by patients with this data.
